This new tf2 blog is going to keep players up to date on what their thougths and goals are with each update.  Pretty sweet stuff

We have setup fast downloads on our TF2 server. I downloaded a 46mb map in 54secs. I am in the process of uploading all the maps to the server and will update this post with all the maps. Next we will get the map rotation worked out.

All patches have been submitted.  Please make your way here and cast a vote.  The team has final say. In the event of a tie, we'll make a decision based on team preference.  Thanks to everyone who submitted a patch!

The server is doing well.  Doug replaced Mani with source mod, so be patient and we'll work everything out.  Please keep it occupied as its seems to be a favorite for quite a number of players.

The donation button has appeared for those of us willing to keep a server up.  $10/ month is basically 2 beers and two candy bars a month.  We can do it folks.

We are also looking to remake the banner, some attempts have been made, but nothing substantial has come of it.  I myself will work on a new banner as well as the Member section I started months ago but never finished.

In other news, I've been so caught up with airsoft I havent looked at comp stuff in a while.  As you know, the GTX 280 made it out... for $620 you can have 8-10 more fps then a $199 9800GTX.  The 9800GTX+ is the 55nm varient, which doesnt perform much better.

So far the 4850 by ATi looks to start switching some nvidia fanboys, as it is priced at $199 and performs on par with the $400 GTX260.

The P45 mobo's are out, basically the same as the p35 only with PCi-express 2.0.
