Once logged in, you will now be able to "Chat" with other logged in members.  Just click on the FORUM tab and boom.. its right there and live.

That way if you aren't on steam or ventrilo, this will be a quick way to communicate.  If you like it, great, if you don't, you can collapse the box in the upper left hand corner.
