it's no secret the Wii is a lesser machine than xbox 360 and even more so compared to the PS3, so this step forward by Nintendo is pretty awesome. Maybe they will finally come out with a system that can handle the awesome games.

This is actually pretty cool. I enjoy our wii because I can play games that I normally cant on my PC. Now maybe we can watch movies too.

wii is much cooler when you hack it I can stream stuff from my pc watch netflix right now and play backup games. all with soft mods

yeah the homebrew channel is where its at, USB hacks are awesome (downloadable and plug and play exterior HD for game storage), and you can use your wii as a dvd player.
